Here's how it comes:
Ten slabs of tempeh, each weighing 2 pounds and measuring about 12 x 9 x 1 inches, make our standard minimum order. They are sealed to preserve freshness and increase travel time. The 20lb bulk pack is then shipped in an insulated box that keeps the tempeh frozen until it reaches your freezer. Even if it doesn't arrive frozen, it's OK, just put it in your freezer without opening the bag.

Twelve individually wrapped "Tempeh Squares" are sealed in a bulk pack and shipped to your door. Each square weighs one pound and is divided into four equal mini-squares for your convenience. They are ideal for sandwiches (quarter pounder, anyone?), stir-fries, or anything else your inner chef can create. Being individually wrapped means you can easily share your order with your friends, co-workers, and community.

Our new dehydrated tempeh doesn't need refrigeration and can be shipped to anywhere in the U.S.

We cut our fresh raw tempeh into thin strips and dehydrate it for 24 hours. The final product weighs less than one half of the original tempeh but preserves all of its wholesome goodness and nutritional value.

Dehydrated tempeh stays fresh for months, it's great to take traveling or to keep handy to eat as a raw snack with dressing or sauce.

You can flavor it with soy sauce, oil it and bake it to make it crispier, add it to soups or crush it and use it as topping for pizza or salads.

We bag it in 8 oz zip bags (see picture) and ship it by USPS Priority Mail.
