Returns and refunds policy

We’re on a mission to supply top quality tempeh to our customers.  If for some reason you are not satisified with your order, please contact us for a refund.

Because of the nature of selling perishable food, we do not accept returns.

If shipping took longer than expected and your order arrived spoiled, please let us know ASAP and we will either send a new replacement order or issue you a refund.
